Royal Arrow Transportation Service Co., Ltd. is one of the leading transportation services from Myanmar. This service was established in 2000 and founded by Mr. Nay Tun. He studied Tourism services in Japan for four years and practiced as a Japanese guide for more than ten years. Along with these experiences, he programmed transportation services for the need of Tourism services by providing variety automobiles for different seaters. For future purpose, Royal Arrow plan to increase services for managing Package Tour, Culture Tour, Special Interest Tour, Eco Tour and Car rental services, Guide services, Ticket reservation for Air lines, Train, Boat and Hotel reservation. Terms & Conditions

Reservation

All Reservation should be made through our head in Myanmar.

Tours and Car Rental Prices

All prices are quoted net in US dollars, Tour prices do not include airport departure tax, meals not listed in the tour itinerary.

Payment Procedure

Deposit payment of 25% of the Tour (or) Car prices must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. And then 50% of the price must be made on 10 days before arrival and the remaining payment 25% must be settled on arrival day.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notices is received. Cancellation charges are as follow:
30 ~ 15 days prior to arrival  
14 ~ 3 days prior to arrival
2 ~ 1 days prior to arrival

: 20% on Tour price
: 30% on Tour price
: 50% on Tour price
: 100% on Tour price

Insurance

We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

Domestic flights, Accommodation & Meals

Please note that R.A.T CO., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the hotel , restaurant and domestic flight of similar standard should the situation require it. Please also note that first class accommodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations. We will always arrange the best accommodation available.

Responsibility

R.A.T Co., Ltd. is providing hotels., airlines, transport or other services. Therefore we have no liabilities for any loss, injury, damage, accident which may be caused including those outside the touring programs. Additional expense due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.
